Delivery within India:

We offer free shipping for all orders to be delivered within India
We attempt to deliver all our domestic orders within 14-21 business days.
The delivery time for different products may vary based on the processes involved, and a rough estimate for the dispatch of such products can be found on the product page at the time of purchase

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at sales@labelearthen.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

The product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and duties for all Domestic Orders

Delivery outside India:

For orders above INR 35000 Shipping is FREE.
For orders below INR 35000, shipping charges will depend on product size and weight, and on the destination (For example, it will be INR 2000, for a package less than 1 kg destined for USA) .
You will see the final shipping charges at the time of checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges.
Many countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, Fedex etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

All orders go through a quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at info@labelearthen.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact if applicable. It must also be in the original packaging.

As a policy we do not offer refunds on purchased orders. Refunds are only processed based on errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within ten days of initiation.

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies & our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a reasonable number of times before they return it to us.
